I’m getting a lot of notifications from users writing to me

If you do not wish to receive emails or only wish to receive emails when someone sends you a message or when someone requests friendship, you can do so from the settings tab, emails and configure when you wish to receive emails. If a user is spamming you or sending you rude messages, you can contact them via email at info@sugardaddyuk.uk or through our 
contact form .

I’m not receiving notifications of new messages. Why?

Please note that sugardating platforms do not appear on regular app pages, so our site works via browser. Browsers use the push system for notifications that you must activate to receive them. You will find how to activate and configure them in our 
user guide .

Why can’t I log into my profile?

At Sugar Daddy UK we have a geolocation system. It is possible that if your IP is outside of Spain your profile will be deleted or you will not be able to access it. If for some reason you have lost your password and cannot recover it, you can write to us at info@sugardaddyuk.uk or through our 
contact form .

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account you can do so from the settings tab and then delete profile. If you want to cancel your subscription you can do so from the settings tab where it says subscription.

How long does it take for a profile to be approved?

Profiles are automatically approved, although our security system verifies that the photos and data are correct through email and photographs.

Can I use a prepaid card for membership?

We accept prepaid cards.

I have not received the activation email, can you send it to me again?

First of all, check your spam folder, some emails end up in this folder. If you still can’t find it, you can send us an email to support@sugardaddyuk.uk or send us a ticket from the 
contact form.

Why has my account been marked as spam?

In some cases our bot checks that certain words are not being sent to avoid requests for sex or similar. In other cases it is possible that a user has reported the profile. If you want to know the specific reason you can write from our 
contact form or to info@sugardaddyuk.uk

How can I change my profile picture?

You can change your profile picture by clicking on it and a button will appear to change it. If you are using a computer, click on the photo and a button will appear inside the photo. Yo can know more about this in how works.

Suddenly I can’t send messages

When you send many messages in a row or repeatedly, the website’s security system blocks your chat to prevent spam. You will have to wait an hour before you can send messages again.
